If no any shares traded below 0.0004 between the last 18 ~ 24 months why the chart shows a lots of shares traded at 0.0001 ~ 0.0003?

As I could tell the majority of the 6.9M+ 0.0003s shares were already switched at 0.0004s (4.6M+ shares so far) by those one-tick flippers! Most likely the 0.0003s are the purely losses sales. No any luck to get any 0.0003s.

Agreed: the management should learn how to communicate with the shareholders and investors, especially for a OTCLI stock!

I believe EFLN will be the best OTC performer in the coming year (2015) due to the Huge Positive Book Value and Hyper Low P/E plus Business & Assets Rapid Expanding and Fast Growing! Therefore the penny ~ dime land is inevitable in the coming Spring ~ Summer...
