I can't believe it either.

I think AMZG is dead. Originally, I thought they were going to start making a few million per year by limiting new projects and growth based upon internal grow. Instead, they issued all kinds of stock, that they then used to justify higher borrowing to get more drilling rights. The purchasers of those blocks of stock must be having a fit.

Now with the fall in oil prices, I expect AMZG is going to lose all kinds of money plus they will not be able to sell anything for what they paid for it. If this goes on long enough I expect the lenders will end up with what left of the company.

I had bought AMZG earlier this year and sold out when the stock seemed to be falling plus I didn't like that they kept issuing stock and borrowing instead of generating a 'GAAP profit'. I was not expecting the drop in oil prices but I am glad I had sold out prior to this happening.

I can't believe what has happened here.
