In other words

2 years later, discovery has not yet begun and MMRF only hopes it will someday soon.

this is how , SCM, a little gnat has tied MMRF up in knots.

But MMRF is now going to face Allscripts and WebMD at USPTO. A venue where defendants win 60% of the time.

No big deal. Shareholders are footing the bill. Maybe Christmas in Australia would help lift management's spirits. It's the least shareholders can do for their hard working management team.
