Well, I am not so sure about that. Those were rumors, and it was just that, rumors. Jerry's way of stirring interest as if his company has worth. The only thing that fell through was the purchase of some company that crushes cans for recycling or something like that, some crappy piece of plastic junk from an "as seen on tv" deal and it fell through because Jerry could not come up with the money. He wanted to give shares of stock as he always does. He tries to barter with worthless paper. As I said before, you can not rely on any information that Jerry puts out there. And now, unfortunately, he and his secretary is all the company has left. There is no one else. No sales force, no employees. He has contracted a couple of freelance sales people here and there but they come and go. He just prays no one reads this site. The only way anyone will invest in this garbage is unsuspecting phone solicits.
