.0272 and dropping! This is "somebody knows something" type action in my opinion. When a stock tanks like PTSC has it is never a good thing. My guess: I would suspect that since TPL owns 2.8 million shares of PTSC that they would have advanced knowledge of bad up coming events. They do not have to report as insiders from my understanding. It could be them dumping to preserve cash with knowledge the stock price will completely collapse shorty. JMO!
