They last split at the end of 2011 and the end of 2010 before that. Total of 1:3750. So they may be running out of steam. At that point, the stock wasn't even at $.0001 like it is now. But I never count DKAM out on bringing in fresh meat for killing. They have a great track record. Unfortunately retail is always slaughtered. It's only the insiders, promoters and other free share recipients who make any money.
And BTW, the Dec 27 2011 1:250 reverse split was announced on Dec 27 2011. They had filed for the R/S over 18 months earlier, after insiders approved it, but never announced it until it was effective.

They even filed a 10Q two weeks earlier without mentioning the coming reverse split. And that's when they were still a filer. So I wouldn't look for any advance notice.
