Chk needs to start laying off and start cutting wages. This is the only way to protect share holder value and cut cost. This is a time to weed out poor quality employee. There Will be several Halliburton and Bakers Hughes employees they can pick up after they start laying off from that merger. Time to start cutting cost period!!
