My suspicion is since they dumped the previous business, they could go to a full R/M and ticker, as its only 51% now. Only speculation on my part.

Not always easy to figure out the behind the scenes with Chinese plays, but going by the history of cnct doing a 51% merger some 10 years ago, I suspect they are working behind the scenes and things will unfold.

Why no PR now when its in the filings, maybe they are waiting to coordinate with other events or waiting for a full Q to be on the books, I'm not sure.
