It is not illegal to research and document public records regarding PVEC and PV.

When did "torteous interference" of fraudulent statements become actionable in court? I would love to see the counterclaim to any action...bet one could retire on the proceeds from the counterclaim!

It is not civil or criminally actionable to state the truth on a public forum such as here. It is actionable to post false and misleading statements however.

The real problem with PVEC are the promoters (paid and unpaid) with fantastical unsubstantiated hype, the numerous unfulfilled PR's, the record dilutions, the non-existent divys and mergers, the announced intent to reverse merger, the lack of true on-going business, the inconsistent and poorly prepared financials that are non GAAP compliant, the numerous lawsuits/judgments/and public filings against the company, the unpaid consultants/professionals/employees, the abandoned crew of the Ocean Star Pacific, etc etc etc.

"Unsubstantiated hype" just does not make it anymore.

IMO, PV and PVEC's history is certainly one that is hard to take seriously as a solid investment opportunity. IMO, even the slightest of due diligence would reflect that conclusion. IMO, one can only blame the decision making/CEO/Chairman/100% voting stock holding Peter for the poor performance of PVEC. IMO,one can also blame the shareholders for not holding the CEO/Chairman Peter accountable for his actions.

PVEC's and PV's past history is the best predictor of PVEC's future.

DON'T BE CAUGHT HOLDING THE BAG!
