What boat afloat? Please provide verifiable proof from public records.

It is current and pink...we all know one can file anything at all, not accurate in any manner, and OTC (regulated by FINRA) will accept it and mark it as current and pink. Certainly does not give any confidence level to anyone educated in financial statement preparation or the OTC markets.

Remember this is the OTC, not the AMX or NYSE. The SEC warns everyone on their website that most OTC stocks are fraudulent and/or high risk.
