Agreed majatamata - but by doing things like this - the continued adding of sites - they do definitely increase their chances of making that goal of December 2015.

The unpleasant side-effect,.... more centers running causes a greater drain on money to keep them running.

It'll be a race between spending to keep the project moving forward - and keeping enough money in the bank to do it without having to resort to more extensive dilution to keep it going.
