$CAD 250M MC is $USD 225M less $USD 128M in simple working capital (all current assets less current liabilities) plus $USD 5M in debt for only $USD 102M EV from private acquirer perspective.

Including all WC here but cheaper than other 120k Mexican heap leacher TMM.TO with much better assets
