I was researching something fascinating last night. I tabulated the IHUB posts on each of the 30 Dow industrials. Only 3 or 4 of them have had substantial posting activity. GE has over 3,000 posts. Exxon had about 1600. (both have performed poorly lately, btw)

On the other hand AXP, DuPont, Nike and especially Travelers had fewer than 100 posts. All four of them have done very well. Each beat the S&P 500 in recent years.

Question: Can one select winners by buying stocks that IHUBers aren't interested in? Perhaps!

If so, you should sell UVE and buy boring TRV. LOLOL!

Wonder too whether that theory would hold up with S&P 500 stocks? That would take a ton of work to research.
