In this case I believe it represents a do not enter sign (for large/institutional sized positions)....



Correct...mostly because of the low share price which prevents most big boys from establishing a position. This is, gulp, one reason for an R/S which I hope doesn't happen again...

Come on mediator!!! Give CVM a decision....and money ;)
