If market knows, otc may be right.
It is certainly a very weak response for the share price to be so non-responsive to the touted deal.
On another note, the Chinese are basically the most dishonest, cheating group on the planet (our own politicians excluded, of course). If there really was a big money deal happening with this little sub-penny company, you can be sure that they would be way ahead on the insider buying.
But, since the share price has indicated absolutely NO massive accumulation, I might assume that OTC is not being unreasonable.
I hope he is wrong.
