So, the facts here:

Last real filing before the reverse split was on Aug 21st 2013. The CEO Charles Langrill disappears from the face of the planet for a year. Nothing heard/read from him why he went silent and did not communicate to the shareholders. He comes back after a year, performs a reverse split 1:1000, has the business entity Maxam Gold cancelled and disappears again.
