Angel recently had a meeting with Tommy Chong's (as in "Cheech and Chong" business manager, an investment banker. Good meeting and good exploratory. Chong is putting together quite an impressive array of branding opportunities that some colleagues are connected into. They connected to discuss potential opportunities between camps. Angel said, nothing special to report, just good conversation for now.

Bob Marley's descendants may be trying to brand a strain of weed named after the famed reggae singer, but L.A.'s own Tommy Chong is thinking a big more broadly.

Yes, his own strain — "Chong Star" — is in the works. It looks like it is limited to his "Green Card" only.

Do you know who Tommy will be working with on other products? Can you disclose if BG or GBC has any agreement or if discussions are taking place? I remember hearing earlier in the year you may have spoken to Tommy's agent.
