IMO, especially the bankruptcy courts for both Peter personally and PVEC. It will be interesting to see the potential perjury and representations made to the courts for one's actions.
To protect their interests, shareholders had and have a legal obligation to hold management responsible for their actions. Did shareholders hold PVEC management accountable? I think not IMO.
In regards to potential shareholders and shareholders, there certainly was enough due diligence available on PVEC to make informed intelligent decisions....no one should have lost money on this stock if they did the slightest of due diligence from the public records, unfulfilled PR's, and record dilutions that are available.
Maybe that is why I have not lost any monies on this stock.
Sorry for your loss, but all the warning signs were available for one to read...learn from the experience and better investing in the future. Stick to the fundamentals, and don't rely on the unsubstantiated "hype" alone.
