I really don't think this is a "fake" company at all. It may be defunct or it may be just the shell that has some viability. Right now there are quite a good number of shell out there ripe for the picking at a very, very reasonable cost from which a new company can spring.

No matter what, it sounds entirely plausible there is a factory/warehouse loaded with equipment, ready to be put back into use in some manner and some smart folks are likely doing that right now. ALl we need do is keep our eyes and ears open to see what smoke starts coming out.


Things are stirring.
