You dispute that the clinical trial is listed and active on an FDA website? The purpose of a clinical trial is to see if a drug shows efficacy. Many drugs have shown halts/problems, just look at Centocor from the 90's halted and then later approved.

I believe your source for the "Stop the Pump" website is currently in jail for material misrepresentation of facts against a publicly traded company.
