No...actually a new sticky should be added explaining how Delmar Janovec reverse split and changed the name of CGRW and then gave himself and his accountant all the shares that this company owned...you know the 97% control...it is quite funny really that he put in the filing that shareholders agreed to it...lmao...no shareholder here agreed to that crap only him so he must of mailed a letter to himself and said yep I approve it...hes a damn scam artist is what he is...
