I find even a brief flirtation with the idea that XDSL would do a share 'buy-back' as exceptionally ludicrous.

The company runs a huge deficit in budget now, has almost no income even with the recent sales increase in the 'Jumpstarters', and gets most of its operating income from selling dilutive convertible debt instruments,....

Where on earth would they get the capital to do a buyback - by selling more convertible debt instruments?
