That is unless they get a license deal with Chile.

It is true that SWET will be pre-revenue for a long time, even if they get financing for AZ or Mexico. However, a license deal means immediate revenue, as well as annual fees until the tower is built. No one knows for sure if the potential license deal in Chile is realistically going to happen or how soon, but if it does happen, it changes the revenue story.
