I dont believe I ever accused you of wrong doing. Last I checked, incompetence and mismanagement were not definitions of wrong doing.

This entire situation could have been handled more professionally and with the proper safe guards in place. In addition, appointing a clearly unqualified person as CEO was to serve what purpose? To piggy back the distribution channels and source the funding contacts of Livewire? Please!! Even you know better than that
