The batter was nice and thick, had no problem coming out of the can with Nate's custom spout. It was slightly darker in color than I had expected.
I flipped it over after around 2 minutes to get an even cook on both sides
It came out a nice color on each side. My wife and I tried the first pancake by itself without any syrup or butter. It had a nice subtle sweetness and flavor to it that we both loved (and my wife is a picky eater).
Then we of course had to try one "all the way" with butter and syrup. Guys, these are amazing.
