I took a lot of heat from some of you for predicting the demise of XsunX by the end of 2014. I sure hope I'm wrong, but I don't see any light at the end of this tunnel. Tom did just enough with integration to make it look to the regulators like he tried to save the business......he can now flush it with a clean conscience. We all know, however, that integration never had a chance for a company structured like XsunX....just too much stock and debt out there, and it's very difficult to be competitive when you sub every aspect of the job out (the only things we sub are site work and fencing and staying competitive is still hard).

Here's my new prediction: As I said, Tom will close the doors by year's end and will soon thereafter take my advice and launch a new venture into energy storage. All our stock will be worthless and he will be free to start all over again with zero debt.

I'd still prefer a crow dinner.
