All I have gathered from communications with Horst is that all is going as expected and as I posted a few days ago "Operator Andora and our Partner M&P are very conservative and want to have an evaluation period to assure that the maximum production is not only steady but also that the Steam Oil Ratio remains as planned before the official announcement about it is made"
