POIL Seems weird to do a RS when the OS shares are only 60 mil, and of those the CEO owns 38 mil. When the split occurs the float will be a little over 100,000. I can't believe this even trades this low with a float of about 21.9 mil. I've seen POS stocks with billions of shares trade much, much higher.
