As I have said in the past, his strategy is to take your hard invested money. This stock is worth about 0.00001 if you are lucky. Look at all the shares he can trigger in his 10k statements. All his has done was wait for some of the older investors to become disgusted and bow out so he can get new pumpers to pretend this is not a POS stock. Total snake oil from a total snake. Stay away.
