Here are the three (3) points as I see it:

1) Prevents Chang & Family to get control and making a deal with them.

2) Can possibly advertise that GKG has therapeutic benefits for developing new products. (I called that One)

3) VSPC has plantation, - getting into medical Cannabis market (Marihuana).
