Only problem is its going to be tough to sell once the RS happens...even if "millions are awarded" what makes you think you are getting a piece of that pie? CIRC has to pay back tons of money to 3rd parties and lawyers. Plus then production has to continue "if" the trademark is still usable by CIRC. I doubt if Playboy loses or settles they will let CIRC have any deals with their bunny products...just my opinion but if I was a businessman, thats what I'd do...
