Another thing to consider with the mysterious short interest here. There has been so much M&A that I am not going to trace through it, partly because it's so tedious and partly because I'm so confident.

But, there is a distinct possibility that with all the M&A, the company may have issued convertible debentures to someone or other. Some call them bonds or convertible preferred. Since they convert to common stock under a set of agreed upon rules, they often induce short selling to hedge the position, Since the holder will either get cash or stock to cover, they get to do what is essentially covered shorting. It turns out to be a rather risk free way for a lender or other person (or entity) granted such issue, a rather risk free way of enhancing their profits.

It's entirely legal and ethical for them to do so because it is merely another manner of trading. It's only considered "toxic debt" if, in the end it causes massive dilution, which, if such is the case here, I don't believe there would be any massive dilution, of course I can't be sure, because I haven't bothered to look. But, I sincerely doubt the company would have given us that stock dividend, if they had been engaging in such a behind the scenes transaction. And, in any event, it would have had to be filed with the SEC and would, no doubt have been cited in one or more of the many negative articles we've been subjected to.

So, in my estimation, we have only to wait for the "dam" to break then it's off to the races again. All that we have is the metrics that are in the rear view mirror, to hold up against a bright future that we see in our imaginations. Both have an almost equal measure of support, except for the fact that we do have a profitable product already on the market. This is not "dreamware" or "vaporware" such and the like, unlike what so many of our competitors have to offer.

Happy investing all.
