NEWS OUT Its official for everybody to see FITX does NOT have the correct zoning at their current site for medical marijuana production. This important quote at the end of the article is all anyone needs to understand that FITX is not allowed to use their 12 million dollar facility to grow medical marijuana.

Once again for those that might not want to believe, FITX does NOT have the correct zoning to grow medical marijuana at the site that they have spent millions of dollars building.

At this point in time the company is NOT a medical marijuana company and does not receive any revenues from any medical marijuana related activities, excluding its associations with hemp ltd.

Please read the article carefully. FITX will have to choose a new site and begin again from scratch or abandon its aspirations as a medical marijuana company altogther.

In addition, the well-profiled board of directors have resigned from FITX effective immediately and the future of FITX is uncertain as a new proposed CEO for FITX has been suggested to take the helm while FITX spins off its dormant medical marijuana division to its shareholders on a pro rata basis.
