You are correct about the big national banks & MJ.

However, state chartered banks have no such issue-proviso they only do business in their specific state like Colorado, Washington, etc.

IMO a very workable legal issue as long as you do the banking with a local instate bank.

IMO legal MJ will not be a legal issue for big national banks in a few years. The tide has changed. The good news MYEC is way ahead of the curve on legal payments for MJ nationwide!
