I guess IF I pay off my car 1 day after I sign a 10% APR loan there is a 0% interest rate.

I wouldn't be at all correct to say that there is a 0% interest rate just like it isn't the slightest bit correct to say there is a conversion floor of .15 on any note, but whatever it takes to bend reality to fit our misconceptions, right?
