Just like the short term insider loans that were converted to shares - just as I told everyone and many were in denial. Here was one response to my original post:

Those "short term loans" came from Green Cures Inc. The debt was bought by Cruz. He plunked down cash he SHOULD get shares (20mil, restricted of course).
And seeings how they are now merging there won't be any need for loans from the parent company.

So how exactly is this a share selling scheme?

With another billion available from the AS if it was you'd think they would be pumping them out left and right ;)
