In a typical situation parts of what you are saying have an affect; but in this case it has less relevance...

Management is more concerned with a dream....

It's the funders who care. It could not be any more obvious they fund via shorting the stock.
If the stick delist; they can not short. It's that simple....that is the only reason funder cares about pps "currently"

The overall share strucutre is the last thing on their mind. Priority 1 is continue to pursue the dream. Priority 2 keep stock listed to short fund company....

That's what makes this equity difficult to theorize....
