LMAO at that statement. One has to be joking when they refer to this as a scam. Please tell me again how it works?

Oh yes...The CEO sells all of the authorized shares into the market and keeps the money as salary or takes assets for personal use....right? Issuing only less than 7% of the company stock is a significant amount of stock? Also, I do not believe Ethical James Porter has taken a salary over the past 3 years.....Not a very good scammer, I guess. BINGO!!!!!
