What we know now for the short term

GSL is delayed, no reason given.

Magika is being released in December on HULU in the USA and is on international distribution for the rest of the world, looks like DVD.

The ad space for HULU has not been sold yet per the FB post.

Shareholder video on DEC 4th where a new partnership will be announced and an update on the GSL will be given.

The GSL and deal with Toys R Us is still a go.

The new partnership is supposed to stop the need for new toxic debt notes. However, there are still a few rounds of this debt to come.

Previously, we were informed of a Bandi video game which was supposed to be out this holiday season. However that season is now here and we have no update on it.

This is the current "short-term" standing of REDG.
