That is base on assumption if there is one. Its seem now they planing going to go through emerge from Bankruptcy as its stated in the news.

Vision Industries expect to emerge from Bankruptcy in December. Details of the plan of reorganization to restructure the debts to emerge a profitable entity will follow as well as the name of the Canadian Energy Solutions Company.
