Well, it just seems you were pointing out the Options Agreement, for some reason. I took it that you felt it was an issue, with regard to share holder concerns.

The other thing about Being Part Of Management, is a matter of semantics, in my opinion. Yes, he was given some duties, as a representative of investors of and into Sinobiomed. I don't know if that made him an officer or manager of the company, although, the wording of the filing would lead anyone to assume so.

It appears more like he was given a task, by investors of and into Sinbiomed, to straighten out the mess that "Management" created. I think he clarified that rather well. I think investors made demands to protect or perhaps to recoup some of their investment and Mr. Suen was given that task. It is already noted in the brief business bio that he was a part of those investment groups, rather than an officer of STOA (Sinobiomed).

Those that enter with certainty, soon realize doubt; While those that enter with doubt, will discover certainty.
