Senti, Chiu, on the convertible debt, section 8 on the 10Q has a number of 2,450,000 approx., so about 500k less (very slow computer at the moment, or I would fetch the exact number). So recommend that change, then I'm OK.

I can't explain the proxy large holder numbers; they seem to have used some acct rules I'm not familiar with to count in-the-money warrants, or something else that inflates the counts. What we have in the intro is the right total (with the above) given the 10Q.
