Read the WTWO press release!

lololololol so misleading it's unreal. Prove this is true otherwise you are speaking nonsense

Riddle me this - how many other CEOs of a public company have so much involvement with other companies - not just involvement but either the CEO or President of the following:

CCI, Cannabis State University, iKingdom, CannaJobs, CannaWorx, The Green Dot Guy and he is a instructor at Oaksterdam University!

And Calkin and Bedore just started a new company iKingdom - check the site there isn't any mention of GRCU.

Then we have this from the press release:

Converde Energy Inc. formerly W2 Energy Inc. (OTC Pink: WTWO) (PINKSHEETS: WTWO), is pleased to announce that it has received a $250,000.00 USD purchase order and a 20% deposit to develop a simultaneous grinding and extraction machine capable of extracting products from hemp and cannabis plants. The company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Delaware based iKingdom Investments Inc., www.ikingdomii.com for the creation of a Joint Venture (JV) that will specialize in the extraction of Terpenes, Cannabinoids and Fatty Acids from Hemp/Cannabis Plants.

Looks like Calkin and Bedore came up with $50,000 to get WTWO involved.

It is very odd that Calkin has started a new company with Bedore as in a June 26 press release it stated:

Green Cures' Advisory Committee is being headed by Dr. Gerry Bedore, who was a co-founder of Socrates Distance Learning Technology Group. He is recognized for developing many of the most successful online higher education programs in the world today. As a Horticulturist for the State of Georgia, Dr. Bedore was recognized for his expertise in entomology and pathology in the care of plant life. Dr. Bedore has authored one book, co-authored two others, and has served as a research chair and committee member for over 200 studies in education, psychology, and business disciplines.

But more bad news for GRCU shareholders - in the last financial statement we found:

Effective October 7, 2014, the Advisory Committee Member Agreement between the Company and Dr. Bedore was terminated by both parties...

The Advisory Committee Member Agreement between the Company and Dr. Bedore was terminated by both parties, effective October 7, 2014. As of that date, 400,000 of Dr. Bedore’s shares had vested and had been issued by the Company.

Looks pretty grim for the GRCU shareholders.
