While clinicaltrials is unreliable it is the location that NWBO themselves points investors to in order to get the latest information on enrollment locations. They have the contacts to control that information so it is up to them.

NWBO can also release a simple PR stating they are now officially enrolling at <insert your imaginary number here> locations in Europe due to their recent raises that have successfully "accelerated" expansion. Enrolling for the P3 should be independent of HE negotiations.

"If they do finalize price negotiations"? Haven't they already said by end of fall? They couldn't possible miss another one of their self imposed deadlines, could they?
