IMO, all you have here (unfortunately) is a reverse merged company with revolving door PRs about something in the future that never really seems to happen.

The one thing they seem to do exceptionally well is drain the reverse merged shell company and funnel it to the private company.

Watch in coming months for the next round of convertible debentures providing additional working capital along with egregious dilution at the expense of common shareholders.
