it could be an inflection point. We won't know until we see the whole curve. right now, it appears Intel has driven into a roundabout and is circling, burning contra fuel, trying to decide which exit(s) to take.

Oh, remember when the dividend yield was higher? The SP lower?

If, Intel were to raise its dividend that might be some sort of inflection. You have to take a step back, see the whole picture to guesstimate pointyness.
