If a shareholder of more that 5% of the company or an insider buys or sells I believe a form 4 would have to be issued within a couple of days so you would not have to wait for the 10Q.

I still can't understand why anyone who holds a large position (like you) and is still buying (like you) would be posting negative comments on a message board day after day. If you have complaints about the company and management make those comments directly to the company. Email them every day if you want it will have to do more good that posting them on the message board when we are all powerless to do anything about your issues.
