And just recently... August 11th.

Scott Andrew MacCaughern SD-13-0052 Recommended Order on Motion for Default: Dave Hermansen reported that a notice of agency action and an order to show cause was issued in January of 2014. The proceedings were stayed and later the stay was lifted in April of 2014. The Responded failed to file an answer, and as of today, the Respondent has failed to appear or participate in the case. Therefore, the Division is seeking a default order against the Respondent. The Respondent is ordered to cease and desist from any further violations of the Act, pay a fine of $20,000.00 to the Division, and is permanently barred from the industry.
