I mostly agree with your analysis. On the death cross, I've used the 200-Day Moving Average. On the EMA - like you say - that gap will likely close. Titan's announcement from Wednesday has done nothing to shore up investor confidence so it's totally up to management whether Titan continues to decline or if they can produce news that will give investors - particularly new investors - a reason to buy. On the bottom, hopefully it is here but again that's totally up to management.
