Watch 30 minute dollar...wants a change in direction...
The dollar wars have turned into oil wars the past 4 months...who gets hurt the most...? Who does low oil help the most...?
Obviously Russia has been the target...kind of assures that oil/gas will flow into Europe thru the winter...other targets are Iran...Syria...ISIS.
